By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from HomeSights Consulting for appointment reminders, care-coordination updates, and general two-way communication about the home health services we provide. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your individual care plan and service needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active care, including appointment reminders and care-team communication. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Eligibility

To receive SMS messages from us, you must be the authorized account holder of the mobile number provided, or have permission from the account holder to enroll that number. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are providing consent on behalf of a person for whom you are the legally authorized representative or caregiver.
