A word from CEO Nancy Cadieux RN, HRM, who has been working in home health care for most of her career.

I moved to Sarasota with my family in 1982. My last accomplishment in Canada had been to provide consulting services for the establishment of the first Community Health Centers (CLSCs) in Montreal and its suburbs.

After working as a registered nurse in one of the local hospitals for a year to familiarize myself with the Florida medical community, I returned to home care. For the next 13 years, I was employed by licensed-only and/or Medicare certified home care agencies, occupying positions at different levels. I had wanted to start my own business ever since I was twenty years old. In the fall of 2000, I made the challenging decision to reach out for my dream. Unlike some who make a dramatic change in their career at this time of their life, I did not want to waste my expertise nor years of sustained efforts to stay abreast of the industry laws, regulations and trends. I founded HomeSights Consulting Inc., a consulting firm fully dedicated to the home health industries in Florida. The firm has served hundreds of clients since its inception, most of them from word of mouth recommendations and from its website in recent years.
